SUMMARY
The Contract Talent Acquisition Advisor under the leadership of the Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for partnering with the Friedkin affiliated business leaders to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies that enable the successful achievement of our business goals. The role is responsible for understanding the knowledge, skills, experience, and competency requirements for positions, and for sourcing top talent for current and future recruiting needs.

None. May participate in or support project and process improvement teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
3 years' experience as an in-house recruiter and/or agency recruiter is required. Preferrably recruiting for Information Technology and Operations positions.
