TQI Solutions is actively seeking a collaborative and skilled Management Analyst I to join our dedicated team. As a key contributor, you will provide crucial support to our esteemed client located in Norfolk, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Supports MSC Portfolio Management and Knowledge Management activities
- Applies appropriate management analysis processes, project management principles, and technical techniques to assist with program planning and execution
- Provides management support to all aspects of a project including scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing and outside vendors, and contractual deliverable
- Assists with team coordination across multiple projects to ensure enterprise-wide integration of management efforts
- Coordinates with stakeholders to pull together necessary information for project planning, fielding plans, investment inventories, and IT roadmaps
- Performs external data calls, risk analysis, and portfolio health assessments.
- Supports quality control, audits, and training, as well as analyzes and reviews N6 policies, processes, and processes
This is a full time, salaried, exempt position.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree Preferred
- One or more years of experience with US Navy Programs and program management fundamentals. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree
- Understanding Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Critical Thinking, and Microsoft Excel
The incumbent of this position will be subject to a background investigation and will be required to maintain a Government granted security clearance.
