The City of Norfolk’s Department of Human Services is seeking to hire a Management Analyst III to assist in planning, administering, and monitoring collaborative services provided to youth and families at risk, acts as a liaison between applicable program administrators, assessment personnel, and review boards, and coordinate, review, and monitor mandated and targeted services provided within the Children’s Services Act for at-risk youth and families.

Essential Functions

Essential functions include but are not limited to:

• In collaboration with CSA Programs Manager, identifies, implements and monitors performance measures
• Researches and analyzes billing and service delivery
• Maintains case records and prepares written reports
• Works closely with multiple city and private partners to collaborate for all facets of the program
• Trains staff and partners on program specifics
• Monitor and address CSA quality improvement plan
• Effective communication both orally and in writing
• Requires organization and time management skills

Education/Experience

Work requires broad knowledge in a general professional or technical field. Knowledge is normally acquired through four years of college resulting in a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Four years' experience in data analysis or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Information & Requirements

Valid Driver’s License may be required depending on assignment.
