The City of Norfolk’s Department of Human Services is seeking to hire a Management Analyst III to assist in planning, administering, and monitoring collaborative services provided to youth and families at risk, acts as a liaison between applicable program administrators, assessment personnel, and review boards, and coordinate, review, and monitor mandated and targeted services provided within the Children’s Services Act for at-risk youth and families.
Essential functions include but are not limited to:
Work requires broad knowledge in a general professional or technical field. Knowledge is normally acquired through four years of college resulting in a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Four years' experience in data analysis or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid Driver’s License may be required depending on assignment.
Signing Bonus: This position is eligible for a one-time $5000 signing bonus.
