Tosca Services, LLC is Hiring a Sales Analyst Near Atlanta, GA

The Sales Analyst role requires a vital background in sales operations or analytics. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level Salesforce skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to leverage BI tools to analyze disparate data sets. This role will generate comprehensive reports, present insights to senior leaders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Access, evaluate, and reconcile information gathered from multiple sources, decomposing high-level data into detailed reporting formats tailored to internal customers' needs.
  • Leverage data from Dynamics 365 (ERP) and Salesforce systems to analyze business trends.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, key metrics, scorecards, and revenue reports by region to support commission calculations for sales teams.
  • Assist in processing data and presenting insights for senior management presentations and corporate reporting.
  • Create Commercial presentation content and slides for Leadership and Board meetings.
  • Support preparation for customer Quarterly Business Review presentations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on budget analysis, projections, and optimizing promotional strategies by analyzing sales trends.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify process optimization opportunities and design and implement enhancements.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales efforts, pipeline status, potential opportunities, and attainment of sales objectives.
  • Collect and evaluate sales data, analyze economic conditions, assist with sales forecasts, recommend quotas, and advise on promotional efforts.
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics, delivering regular insights to the business.
  • Define and deliver techniques to improve funnel performance for sales management.
  • Conduct market research, including competitor analysis, to assess market trends and identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Sales, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a sales operations or marketing analytics role.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Proven experience in presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated working effectively with sales teams, databases, and technology platforms.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales efforts, pipeline status, and potential opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to leverage BI tools for analyzing disparate data sets.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel & PowerPoint) and ERP software.

Work Schedule

This is a hybrid role where Monday and Friday are work-from-home days. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at our Colony Square office in Midtown.
