Titan Mutual Lending is currently looking for a part-time human Resources Assistant to join our team! This is an opportunity to be an integral part of a rapidly growing organization!

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Human Resources Director with any administrative duties, data entry and any other operational tasks necessary;
• Ensure that processes are streamlined and offer insight on any operational improvements;
• Learn key mortgage industry concepts;
• Communicate and collaborate with all departments within the organization;
• Help plan, coordinate and execute company events and gatherings. 

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong ability to handle multiple problems with extensive complexity;
• Self-directed with strong listening and communication skills;
• Technologically savvy;
• Has strong time management and organizational skills;
• Maintains a high level of professionalism.
• Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or Graphic Design and Event Marketing and planning experience is preferred.
