We are assisting our Cleveland headquartered client with the search for an Administrative Assistant.

This is a great temp-to hire position!

Responsibilities Include :

• Manage phone system, greetings, screen and forward incoming calls.
• Manage resident calls, communication, documentation and follow through.
• Assist construction division with mapping, daily work schedules / reports and data entry into Road Warrior database.
• Schedule conference room.
• Greet and welcome all visitors.
• Coordinate front desk activities.
• Other administrative duties assigned.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities :

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational, analytical, planning, and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail, quality focus.
• Must be tech savvy and proficient using Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, iPad, iPhone, tablets, willingness to learn industry and company specific software.
• Comfortable handling resident concerns

Qualifications and Requirements :

• High School Diploma or GED
• Professional and positive attitude and appearance
