Role:
*Answer Phones
*Receive incoming mail and sort
*Scan Invoices to Dawn
*File invoices into proper A/P unpaid Cabinet
*Pull A/P invoices for payment
*Attached paid slip to invoice and file in proper A/P Paid Cabinet
*Stuff checks, stamp and put in outgoing mail
*Order all office supplies
*Keep track of employee attendance days off and vacation days
*New Hire Packets
*New Vendor Packets
*Vendor Maintenance
*Adds for new hire
*Make up employe review sheets and distribute to the appropriate manager to fill out
