The Risk Management Association is Hiring a Remote Sales Administrative Coordinator

Our Sales Administrative Coordinator role may be a fit for you! 
Come join our fast-paced environment where you will provide administrative support and product sales assistance to the Relationship Managers (RMs) and their customers as our Sales Administrative Coordinator. Your passion for stellar customer service and organizational skills would be perfect for this role! We are seeking someone with:
  • A minimum of three years of increasingly responsible administrative experience is required. Experience in the financial services industry is preferred. 
  • Candidate must be detail-oriented, and have excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills, along with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • The ability to follow instructions, prioritize workflow, and work with minimal supervision is essential.
  • Candidates must have an in-depth working knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce, Learning Management Systems, and Associate Management Systems (AMS or equivalent CRM)
  • The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment handling a variety of administrative and logistical matters.
What you will be doing:  
  • Effectively function as primary support for Relationship Managers, member institutions, and customers. 
  • Functions as a source of information and key contact for RMA products/services for the RMs and their customers. 
  • Process customer orders/requests for RMA products and events received via Relationship Managers' customers. Prepare contracts when/if necessary, working with the internal Legal team.
  • Coordinate and maintain all details for the Member Relations InBanks. This includes both virtual and in-person. Logistics include: preparing and/or reviewing contracts, timely communication with all individuals involved in these events, preparing/requesting all necessary information, and sending course materials, invoice(s) & evaluations. Provide any additional follow-up/details as needed.
  • Efficiently monitor department email inboxes to promptly address & respond to customer inquiries.
The Location
RMA offers all employees the ability to work from their home location and work from an RMA location in a hybrid work model. We value coming together in the office for meaningful collaboration. While this role is a remote/telecommute position, we will give primary preference to candidates local to Philadelphia, PA, Chicago, IL, and St. Louis, MO.
