SAS Finance is seeking a Temporary Financial Administrative Coordinator. This position reports to the Director of Fiscal Operations and will be assigned to support multiple regional business offices (RBOs). SAS Finance supports the unique business needs of departments, programs, and centers throughout the School. DUTIES:
The Temporary Financial Administrative Coordinator (FAC) provides financial and administrative support to ensure efficient and timely daily operations. This position will process all transactions related to the office's financial activities including purchasing, payables, and reimbursements. Coordinate monthly reconciliation process and runs monthly financial reports. The FAC will maintain an electronic filing system for all departmental financial records, provide front-end support for the office, and will also complete other administrative tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate for the Grants Manager position will have the following qualifications:
High School diploma and 5 years experience or Associate's degree and 3 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree and one year of experience is required.
Experience working with financial databases and systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Adobe applications
Strong verbal and written communication are required
The ability to be comfortable working in a frequently changing environment, and to function as part of a collaborative team
Familiarity with UPENN sponsored research policies and related financial systems is a plus
