Job Description Summary
The Stevens Center for Innovation in Finance is seeking a temp to work approximately 10 hours per week to manage administrative tasks related to our financial technology workshop series. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings and events, coordinating calendars, setting up online meetings and workshops (Zoom or otherwise), starting and attending online meetings and workshops, sending communications to companies and individuals attending the meetings and workshops, managing an email account, and adding information to and maintaining a contact database.
- The anticipated start date for the position is January 16, 2022. The position is contingent upon funding with an anticipated end date in March 2023.
Job Description
Qualifications:- HS Diploma request with 2-3 years of experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- The candidate should be comfortable with outlook, gmail, Zoom/online meetings, excel, word documents, and email.
- Previous experience supporting events, managing calendars, managing event communication, working with vendors is a plus.
