The Cottages of Spokane is Hiring an Office Manager Near Spokane, WA

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team at an Assisted Living Memory Care. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, including Accounts Payable and Recievable. You will also be responsible for Billing in Provider One. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, office management, Provider One and possess excellent communication skills.

Duties:

- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments

- Oversee the maintenance and organization of office facilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

- Manage payroll processing and employee timekeeping

- Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records

- Develop and implement training programs for staff development

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Skills:

-Knowledge of Provider One

- Knowledge of payroll processing procedures

- Excellent schedule management abilities

- Familiarity with human resources practices and regulations

- Experience in training program development

- Strong administrative skills, including record keeping and data management

- Exceptional calendar management skills

- Vendor management experience
