The Position:

As the Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for the administrative support of various departments and maintaining files while assisting with projects, ordering, and sending welcome gifts to all new associates. This position will be based in our Spokane, WA office.

Other duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Provide administrative and project support.
  • Provide accounting support and A/P assistance to the accounting department monthly and as requested.
  • Update team with weekly project photo distribution.
  • Responsible for cellular account review and equipment orders.
  • Provide expense report assistance as requested.
  • Distribution of subcontractors and change orders via DocuSign.
  • AIA document finalization.
  • Verify safety meeting attendance and completion for Asset Management.
  • Partner with management on ongoing incident reports and projects.
  • Maintain inventory and order company uniforms.
  • Assign key fobs for building access.
  • Order business cards, name tags, and office door cards.
  • Responsible for all new hire associate gifts.
  • Coordinate events with the leadership team.
  • Clean and organize breakrooms and other common areas.
  • Provides back up support for front desk Office Assistant.

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or office setting.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive pay, $24 per hour (based on experience).

  • Manual Dexterity: frequent fine motor skills.
  • Near Vision: minimal near vision.

Environmental and Safety Factors:

  • Weather: work is primarily indoors in a temperature-controlled office environment with occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions, including uneven and slippery surfaces.
  • Noise: frequent exposure to typical office environment noise levels including conversational voice levels; infrequent exposure to high-volume office equipment (e.g., shredder).
  • Pace of Work: great, multi-tasking/pressure paced environment.
