We are a rapidly expanding firm located in Spokane Valley, Tri-Cities, Wenatchee, and Las Vegas. We are seeking a Legal Receptionist for our Wenatchee location that is ready to handle a challenging and rewarding career. This is an immediate opening that we are looking to fill very quickly.

The legal receptionist in this position will be organized and eager to learn. This position is an integral member of our firm and is responsible for ensuring that our office runs smoothly. This position's main purpose is to greet our clients and make them feel comfortable. It is a fast paced position that requires attention to detail. Our firm has a team culture, and we take the development of all staff members seriously. You must be a team player and be willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.

Our firm has narrowed its focus almost exclusively on providing immigration services all over the United States. The legal receptionist must be able to work effectively with all team members to ensure that the job is done right the first time. We deal with sensitive material and confidentiality is a must.

Our firm’s mission is to provide superior service by tailoring legal services to the immigrant community. We protect and help immigrants obtain green cards, citizenship, and help them succeed in the United States. Our clients turn to us during some of the most stressful moments in their lives, and we strive to lift the legal burdens off of them. The legal receptionist in this position will help ensure our clients’ needs are met in a timely manner.

Requirements

To be considered for the position, the candidate must meet the following qualifications:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Able to think on your own and creatively problem solve to come up with solutions
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Have exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
