Role of this position:

The Front Office Manager leads, trains, and inspires the front desk team and champions guest service. The position oversees 6-12 people and is key to contributing to our hotel goals of impressive guest service and revenue growth.

Minimum experience of two years in hospitality or related management position required. Must be available until 8 pm and weekends/holidays on a regular basis and be available to cover extra shifts as needed to staff the front desk 24/7. This is a full-time position that will be at least 40 hours per week and can be up to 60 hours per week as needed.

Benefits:

The Front Office Manager will receive paid vacation time, paid holidays, and WA paid sick time. Paid vacation starts at one week (40 hours) per year upon hire and increases to two weeks (80 hours) per year after 3 years of employment and increases to three weeks (120 hours) per year after 5 years of employment. The manager gets 4 paid holidays per year. WA paid sick time accrues at 1 hour per 40 hours worked. As a management position, there is a fixed monthly Health & Wellness Bonus. The manager is eligible for a monthly bonus of up to 10% of the monthly salary based on meeting performance metrics. There are escalating milestone anniversary gifts at each year of employment. As a management position, the manager is eligible to enroll in a 401k program offering half percent match up to 6% on a 6-year vesting schedule. There is an optional employee assistance program that collects contributions with employer-matched dollars that can offer financial assistance to participants in unforeseen desperate need.
