Indianapolis, IN Executive Assistant

Pay Rate: $50,000-$60,000 per year

Job Type: Contract to hire

Responsibilities:

• Manage sensitive matters with high degree of confidentiality
• Prepare presentations and reports
• Arrange travel and accommodations
• Perform calendaring, organize schedules and facilitate meetings
• Prepare agendas for board meetings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5 years of experience supporting a C-suite executive required
• Consideration may be given to those who have supported someone at a director level as well
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
