Description:
A major client in Phoenix is looking at add a Service Desk Analyst (Tier 2) as an important member of the IT Support/Infrastructure team. This position is for someone with 2-4 years of experience, strong customer service, and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues for our end users. Scope: Tier 1 & 2 IT Support Desktop-focused.
  • Onsite in Phoenix. 6 month Contract role with opportunity to convert FTE. M-F Core Business Hours. Technical ability (below) and personality is huge for the client. More info about the role to be provided over the phone!
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Intermediate-level & Tier 2 Help desk
  • Needs at least 3 of hands-on experience in Help Desk/Service Desk/Customer Support.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, a ticketing tool such as ServiceNow and/or Active Directory, and enterprise-level call volumes 40-50 calls a day
  • Opportunity entails first-level end-user support and incident diagnosis applications, endpoints, and infrastructure. A Service Desk contractor acts as a single point of contact between the end-user and other IT resources. This position also documents incoming interactions and their resolutions and manages ticket routing and incident resolution with other IT resources.
