About Our IT Service Desk Analyst Position:
Our IT Service Desk Analyst is an information technologyprofessional who helps users resolve issues with computer hardware or software.They respond to user inquiries, assess problems and issues with IT equipment andapplications and help resolve these issues for users. They respond to incomingrequests for IT support and resolve network, hardware and software issues withcomputers. This is a part-time, 20-hour peer week position.
