The Shield Companies is Hiring an IT Intern Near Gilbert, AZ
Currently, we are hiring for an IT Intern to our headquarters in Gilbert, AZ for the summer busy season! This is a temporary position, with the potential to become a permanent full-time role. We are targeting candidates within the $16.00-$20.00/hr (DOE) range.
What will I be doing in this role?
- Learn how and complete new user setup, account creation in M365, Telephony and CRM systems.
- Learn how and complete user termination tasks, asset reclamation.
- Learn logistics for new system builds and shipping/tracking to multiple nationwide locations.
- Learn ticketing skills, Help Desk Tier 1 type troubleshooting and triage.
- Learn and work with enterprise documentation and knowledge base.
- Regular standing, walking, and sitting
- The ability to use a computer and telephone systems is essential to work
- Work is inside a climate-controlled office with moderate noise level
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Administrative or customer support experience is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint is a plus
