As a part-time Executive Assistant to the CEO,, you will act as a liaison between the CEO, the executive team, the board of directors, the company, and the outside world. You are an organized, detailed collaborator that is able to efficiently multitask, prioritize appropriately, and drive projects through to completion, either directly or indirectly.
You are able to proactively communicate in both written and verbal form, in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will serve as both a "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and staff, maintaining credibility, trust, and support with the executive team.
You will create a tremendous amount of leverage for the CEO, working closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, ensuring follow-through, and proactively taking projects off their plate.
This role reports to the CEO, requires utmost professionalism, and will give you exposure across every department at the company. The successful candidate should expect to work Monday through Friday for 20 hours a week.
