TDMK Digital is Hiring a Business Analyst Near Washington, DC
TDMK Digital is a User Experience and Software Development company providing product strategy and next-generation mobile and cloud software solutions to innovative federal government agencies. TDMK Digital is looking for a qualified Business Analyst to join our team to support one of our federal contracts. This position is 100% ONSITE in Washington, DC.
Role Description:
Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs. A systems analyst must have a minimum of 2 years of specialized experience with the relevant technical/platform in addition to any required applicable training. 5 years or more of relevant experience is required where the individual does not also support relative training.
Technical Skills:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 3-5years' experience
Test Execution and Management 3-5years' experience
Requirements Analysis 3-5years' experience
Education Required: Bachelor's degree.
Clearance Required: Public Trust
Work Location: Onsite, Washington, DC
Work Authorization: US Citizens, Dual Citizens, Green Card, Foreign National (H1B..)
