8 month contract with possible extensions.
Onsite position
Sterile Injectable Manufacturer needs to transition from production line-dedicated resources to shift-dedicated resources to maximize contribution of production staff.
Major deliverables of the project:
- Site-wide calendar of manufacturing resource needs
- Identify functions that can be completed with resources not-core to that line or function
- Cross training framework to achieve desired resource
- Organization Change Management strategy and training
- Org structure and RACI for training (for the project and for ongoing operations after)
- Organizational framework to reflect cross trained positions
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Need a strong Project Manager with sterile injectable manufacturing experience.
