Project Overview Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is implementing an enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution to replace multiple, disparate tracking systems. The CRM will increase visibility into enterprise data to support better planning, decision making, and meeting regulatory requirements for community engagement programs across SPU. 2.2. It will allow SPU to look at multiple data points to paint a full picture of the program(s), issues, and results.
