The Painter Interior and Exterior LLC, located in Snohomish County, is a painting service company that specializes in offering their clients the opportunity to transform their homes and commercial properties in the greater Puget Sound area.

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for managing all processes through each job we perform. Multiple projects are scheduled during one period of time, so it is important that you have prior managing experience and the ability to create relationships with all of our clients, as you will be the face they see.

Requirements for Application:

• At least 3 years of any Managing experience
• References of managing experiences
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Painting experience preferred
• College education preferred
• Must speak English and some Spanish

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Providing direction to keep all projects on track for completion
• Mentor and develop all labor employees of The Painter
• Staying on top of financial goals within the budget of the job
• Managing all Painters and Preppers ensuring efficiency and enforcing company policies
• Management of all processes; starting a job, keeping contact with clients, managing ongoing job sites, closing jobs
• Management of all equipment, sites, and labor employees
• Report all job progress to owner
• Send all documents and contracts to the Office Manager
• Executing quality control procedures
• Ensuring safety and cleanliness of all tools and job sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Seattle, WA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
