Functions of the Role:
• Manage a 360 desk fully supporting clients and candidates
• Market mapping, prospecting emails and calls, client meetings, negotiation
• Establish and maintain your own client relationships
• Source, cold call, screen, and present the best contractors to your clients
• Assist both clients and candidates through the interview and closing process
• Maintain relationships with clients and candidates in your pipeline long-term for repeat business and referrals
