Job Description:
This position reports to the Human Resources Department in Columbia. Incumbent will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department in accordance with all applicable State HR regulations, State, and Federal laws. Will provide assistance to the HR Operations Team and with HR Special Projects as needed. Responsible for front desk duty, answering phone calls, emails and welcoming in walk-ins. Responsible for maintaining employee personnel files. Utilizes Microsoft Suite products including Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to process a high volume of requests.
A bachelor’s degree and relevant training and experience; OR any equivalent combination of education, relevant training and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the position.
