We are hiring a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Partnership Account Manager (PAM) responsible for fostering and managing the partnership between Split and Microsoft. As a PAM you are an integral part of Microsoft's business and can build solid relationships across all departments and teams in the organization. The PAM has a business development mindset, an entrepreneurial approach, strong project management skills and a relentless passion to help expand the Microsoft Partner revenue and market share with Split. This role reports into the VP Partnerships. The salary will comprise of a base and variable with OTE ranging from $170,000 to $225,000 depending on skills, experience, and location. The ideal candidate will be based in Seattle, WA area in a remote role.
