About Us: Seattle Commercial Cleaners is the premier provider of commercial cleaning services across the vibrant Seattle Metropolitan Area. With a commitment to excellence and a dedication to customer satisfaction, we've been making workplaces shine for more than 13 years.

Location: Seattle Metropolitan Area (King County, Snohomish County, and Pierce County)

Commission Structure:

  • 5% commission on the gross profit of all booked recurring cleaning contracts
  • 10% commission on the gross profit of all booked one-time cleaning jobs

Additional Requirements:

  • Must pass background check with no felonies
  • Personality test required
  • Ability to work collaboratively with operations team when passing over work
  • Must be able to commute from anywhere in Pierce, Snohomish, and King counties
  • Ability to generate leads beyond SEO (Sales Engine) and PPC (Pay-Per-Click) leads through a combination of cold calling and on-site inquiries into businesses
  • Ideally, candidates are committed to ongoing learning in sales and/or the cleaning industry

NOTE: This is not a remote position and would require traveling up to 90% of the time. This includes going on estimate walks on cleaning location and meetings with clients.

Sample Commission Computation: Let's say you successfully book a recurring cleaning contract with a gross profit of $2,000 per month. Your commission would be $100 per month for that client. Over the course of a year, that would amount to $1,200 in additional earnings. For a one-time cleaning job with a gross profit of $1,000, your commission would be $100.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with our services
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients
  • Prospect and onboard new clients through proactive outreach and networking efforts
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless delivery of cleaning services and exceed client expectations
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the cleaning industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding goals
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
