Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group has partnered with an international Clinical Contract Research Organization (CRO), and together we are recruiting for a hands-on Human Resources Director. In this role, you will oversee daily HR operations in North America, providing strategic guidance and leadership to the organization. Responsibilities include managing HR policies, talent management, employee relations, and collaborating with global HR leaders. Responsibilities:

l Leading HR activities in North America, including system evaluation, performance reviews, and onboarding.
l Developing and implementing HR policies compliant with local laws.
l Working with recruitment for effective hiring strategies.
l Collaborating with regional HR leads for process alignment.
l Supporting employee retention efforts and reporting to international HR management.
l Preparing and presenting updates to the International HR management team regularly.
l Contributing to the HR dashboard as needed.


Qualifications/Background Profile:

l Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, MBA preferred.
l Knowledge of North American employment laws, US and Canada.
l 10 years HR experience, with 3 years in leadership.
l Experience with HRIS like ADP or SAP.
l Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, preferably in life sciences.
l Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
l Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
l Experience in a Clinical CRO environment is a plus
