The Company is seeking a Vice President of HR for the US and Mexico region. The ideal candidate will be a strong problem-solver, have deep expertise in employee relations and performance management, and be passionate about continuous improvement. Experience in succession planning, leading teams, and working with US labor and employment law is essential. The role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to lead change, and a high level of comfort in diverse settings, from the plant floor to executive meetings. Candidates must be able to handle ambiguous responsibilities and be adaptable to a variety of HR issues.
