Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within our organization. This includes managing employee recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment labor laws.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure accurate administration of benefits
- Conduct training sessions on various HR topics such as harassment prevention, diversity and inclusion, and performance management
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system (e.g., UltiPro)
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment labor laws and ensure compliance
- Lead organizational change initiatives and assist with organization design efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources management
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Proven experience in managing employee relations issues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to present information effectively to individuals at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR software applications
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically
