Overview
Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Project Manager (PMO). The selected individual will join a collaborative team environment where they will provide expertise and guidance for project leadership. The Project Manager (PMO) plays a key role in client relations, working as the primary point of contact. Key to the success of this position is the successful delivery of projects and effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting project status.

Responsibilities
- Develop project plans (scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation)
- Lead cross-functional project teams
- Perform risk management and develop risk mitigation strategies
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders
- Perform weekly audits of project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations. The audit is done via the ServiceNow Portfolio Management module
- Perform change management to manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget
- Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5 years of experience
- PMP-Certified
- Strong background in project management
- Excellent communication skills
