Salary Range: $81, 600 - $100, 800 / year DOE
Site Foreman Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 years of experience in construction site management;3 years preferred
• Strong understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
• Familiarity with construction management software preferred
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team
• Reliable and stable with a commitment to high-quality work
• Ability to remain adaptable and efficient in a dynamic environment

Site Foreman Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of construction sites
• Read and interpret plans and specifications
• Communicate effectively with superintendents, estimators, and project managers
• Supervise, train, and ensure the safety and productivity of workers and tradespeople
• Operate construction equipment such as transit and pipe lasers
• Maintain accurate project records
• Manage resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Handle on-site issues and resolve conflicts as they arise
