Brief Description of Role & Responsibility

Administrative Assistant: Kitchen Suppression DivisionThe Administrative Assistant is an office position that will work 40 hours per week. This position will fall under our Kitchen Suppression Division and will report directly to the Operations Manager. Assisting the manager and coordinator will be the main priority for this position:
Job Responsibilities- Company customer database maintenance
- Helping set appointments for both the coordinator and the installer
- Set reminders to call on quotes and or call on quotes themselves
- Retrieving credit approval from customers
- Ensure all documents are uploaded too the correct platform
- Sending invoices and assisting with collections
- Other duties as assigned by management
Minimum Job Requirements- Diligent and confident work ethic
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- High School Diploma
- Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
