Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated E-commerce Manager to join our team. As the E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our online sales channels and driving revenue growth. This is a key role within our organization and requires a strong understanding of e-commerce strategies, digital marketing, and website management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth
- Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, including website development, design, and functionality
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our online store
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives with other business functions
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, and technology
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms and driving online sales growth
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design purposes
- Proficient in social media marketing strategies and platforms
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and techniques
- Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML5, WordPress, and CSS
