Read on!The Safi Group/Re/Max Results, is looking for a Marketing and Client Services Manager who's bright and personable, knows how to work fast and smart, is social media driven and excited about learning.You'll work with vendors on print and internet ads, create and distribute marketing materials and provide excellent customer service that leads to informed and confident buying decisions.You'll be showing off your ability to complete complex tasks and projects with little to no guidance by reacting with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround. From planning marketing events to scheduling email campaigns.Qualifications:Have 2-3 year's experience working as a marketing admin or similar roleBe available to work day shifts (8am - 3pm, Monday - Friday), with flexibility to check emails and respond on weekends.Onsite and off-site flexibilityHave experience managing vendorsKnow how to manage projects and marketing initiativesBe comfortable jumping in on the design side of thingsHave experience with email marketing, social media marketingExperience with Social Media Platforms (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram) required. Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator strongly preferred. Bonus points for experience with Wix, Follow Up Boss CRM, Northstar MLS, Skyslope, and ShowingTimes. Google Suite and Apple proficiency ideal.Core Initiatives of Role:Refining organizational systemsBuilding new business development campaignsDriving marketing and social media initiativesLaunching property marketing efforts from social media to printManaging client CRM and communicationsCustomer Service from start to finish with our buyer and seller clientsResponsibilities:Utilize strong customer service, writing and presentation skills, real estate market and industry knowledge and technical proficiency in a variety of software programs.Juggle multiple projects at once, in a fast-paced work environment while staying well organized and keeping the team on track with timelines.Ensures the design, production, and distribution of print materials such as brochures, ads and direct marketing campaigns are in alignment with our brand guidelines while allowing us to stay in front of our target audiences.Design and coordinate bi-monthly/quarterly Mailchimp giveaway email campaigns.Manage new listings and implement a comprehensive marketing plan customized to each home seller’s needs; including custom website, Home Book with specific home and community information to be displayed at the property, just listed postcard campaign, custom home highlight cards that are placed throughout the property to point out important features of the home, and social media campaigns across multiple platforms.Conceptualize a variety of marketing campaigns, develop, and successfully executes ads, and analyzes ad performance results.Manage team social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.Monitor and compare competitors, up-and-comers, and others within the industry’s marketing strategies across multitude of channels.Track monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plan that includes key activities and budgets to support new client acquisition and retention of existing past and current clients.Maintain CRM, Follow Up Boss, with all client information, set task reminders and drip campaigns.Manage the Referral Program and Client Appreciation Program- a variety of touch points and reach outs to our database, not limited to, but includes sending out home anniversary cards, birthday cards, adding to LOLO gifts, and Buffini Item of Value database.Coordinate quarterly Client Appreciation events with Team Lead.Work with Team Lead on onboarding training program processes for agents new to our team.If this sounds like you, please submit your resume and describe what outstanding customer service means to you.QualificationsQualifications:Have 2-3 year's experience working as a marketing admin or similar roleBe available to work day shifts (8am - 3pm, Monday - Friday), with flexibility to check emails and respond on weekends.Onsite and off-site flexibilityHave experience managing vendorsKnow how to manage projects and marketing initiativesBe comfortable jumping in on the design side of thingsHave experience with email marketing, social media marketingExperience with Social Media Platforms (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram) required.
