We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to help us achieve our goals. Job SummaryAs a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating compelling digital content, managing our WordPress website, and supporting our marketing efforts through Salesforce and Marketing Automation Software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative and technical writing, along with experience in a corporate marketing environment. Location Initial training will take place onsite. After training, the role requires 1 onsite day per week. Office days will be at our Vadnais Heights, MN location. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop engaging content for our website, blog, social media, and other digital channels.Manage and update our WordPress website, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging.Support marketing campaigns by creating landing pages, emails, and other assets in Salesforce and Marketing Automation Software.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies targeting both internal and external stakeholders.Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.Apply knowledge of, or gain understanding of the debt collections industry through the creation of blogs and other external-facing content. QualificationsStrong writing skills with a focus on creative and technical writing.Experience managing WordPress websites.Proficiency in Salesforce and Pardot or other Marketing Automation Software.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Experience in video production is a plus.
