The Marketing Coordinator will work in NV5s Buildings & Technology Vertical to develop and manage quality qualifications and proposals in a deadline-driven environment. The successful candidate must be an organized, detail-oriented, self-starter with a passion for producing top-quality proposals while serving our clients with a good mix of professionalism and creativity. This will be a hybrid position based in St. Paul supporting MEP design, commissioning and building digitization services.

• Monitoring business leads by tracking opportunities on public websites and distributing where appropriate.
• Run go/no go meetings for opportunities as needed.
• Lead and coordinate the development of proposals in compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements, including page layout and design, preparing and tracking schedule, preparing outline, writing non-technical portions, proofreading and formatting technical portions, managing the entire submittal from beginning to submission, and preparing interview materials for a variety of public and private sector clients.
• Create and update marketing collateral and content libraries (project sheets, personnel resumes, brochures, graphics etc.)
• Work with internal project managers, technical staff, and marketing staff across the firm to gather content for proposals and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain marketing and client information in CRM database.
• Assist in a wide variety of other marketing activities, including writing and dissemination of press releases and articles, social media, internal communications, website, promotional activities such as development of direct mailers, advertisements, client events and seminars, videos etc.
• May perform other duties to meet the operational needs of the firm.

• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, history, English, or engineering.
• Excellent writing, communication, and organization skills.
• Ability to interface well with internal and external team members and clients at all levels.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Programs, MS Office Suite.
• Proficiency in Deltek Vantagepoint CRM or similar software a plus.
• 1-3 years of related marketing experience. AEC industry experience a plus.
