Premium Account Manager (Esthetician License Required)

Are you passionate about skincare and equipped with both business acumen and esthetician expertise? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Dermatological Skincare Account Manager. This role combines your knowledge of skincare products, understanding of dermatological treatments, and sales skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with dermatologists, estheticians, spas, and skincare clinics to promote our Dermatological grade products.
• Provide customer support to account holders throughout the process including, but not limited to answering questions, responding promptly to emails and voicemails, tracking processes from start to finish.
• Perform tasks associated with the daily operations such as quoting proper service times, effective problem solving, tracking shipments, documenting accounts, performing new tasks as needed.
• Consistently following up with existing accounts, via phone and email.
• Provide product training and support to skincare professionals, including demonstrations and educational sessions.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Stay updated on industry developments, skincare advancements, and regulatory requirements related to dermatological skincare products.

Requirements:

• Esthetician license required, with a strong understanding of skincare treatments and procedures.
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with clients, potential clients, and colleagues.
• Must be A team player.
• Professionalism and integrity.
• English required. Bilingual (ideal).
• Experience 2 years.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
