Content Creator and Social Media Managing

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Creator and Social Media Managing at Sesderma USA, located in Miami, FL. You will be responsible for creating original content for social media and marketing. Create text and video content and managing posts for social media.

We expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. The Social Media Manager will also be responsible for communication and collaboration with internal teams. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design content for marketing (for social media, events or monthly promotions)
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Collaborate with other teams, like sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
• Monitor customer reviews and communicate with followers if required by company
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Communication skills
• Experience in developing content strategies
• Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Graphic Designer
• Strong attention to detail
• Bilingual (Spanish/ English)
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Proven work experience as a Social media manager
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
• Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design is a plus.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
