Sendlane is Hiring a Customer Success Manager Near Austin, TX

We're Sendlane, an established SaaS provider disrupting the eCommerce industry by unifying the marketing tech stack for DTC brands with a unified approach to email, SMS, and reviews. The search is on for our next Customer Success Manager!

Responsibilities 

  • Partner and advise merchants to strategically develop retention marketing strategies that help their programs grow and scale
  • Provide support and guidance to help Merchants analyze data, develop winning retention strategies 
  • Immerse yourself in scaling personalized D2C/ecommerce email and SMS programs that build deep customer relationships for merchants 
  • Meet with clients regularly to discuss current and future initiatives 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for select clients, working to develop best-in-class retention strategies
  • Troubleshoot strategic issues surrounding retention marketing metrics 
  • Identify process improvement and innovation opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive customer success. 
  • Establish clear retention goals and process milestones for the client and employees to work toward
  • Coordinate cross-departmentally with the Implementation team to aid in account onboarding 
  • Maintain a detailed record of customer needs, goals, achievements, identified opportunities, and challenges. 

Base Pay: $70K $20k OTE

Requirements

  • 2 Years of Retention Marketing Experience (Agency preferred) 
  • Familiarity with campaigns. automation/flow logic set-up, pop-up builds, and app integrations 
  • Experience handling multiple accounts at once 
  • Enjoy Working closely with customers to ensure complete satisfaction 
  • A self-starter who takes the initiative to get things done
