Temp to Hire Opportunity
Location: Mid San Diego – Off Hwy 5
Hours – Monday – Friday ~8A-5P – Could vary
RESPONSIBIITIES INCLUDE:

• Handles Accounts Payables ensuring payments to vendors.
• Reviews all check requests.
• Reviews and manages outstanding checks.
• Manages Direct Reports ~2
• Will handle all Employee Hiring – Training – Performance Appraisals Disciplinary etc.
• Sets up new vendors in System.
• Credit Card monthly reconciliations.
• Maintains logs for gift cards.
• Oversees the storage of records.
• Manages Expense Reports.
• Audit

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• Bachelor's degree – Preferred
• 5 years of related experience or equivalent work experience in accounts payable.
• 2 years of experience with Direct Reports and in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication Skills.
• Excellent Computer skills - Microsoft Office and Office System.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Must be detailed oriented and accurate.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a Team Environment,

COMPENSATION: ~ $32.00 - $37.00 Hr. DOE
