Second Chance, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Business Development to join the Acquisitions and Donations team, overseeing the sales objectives and initiatives for the department and responsible for developing and implementing a successful outbound acquisitions strategy.
The successful candidate will:
- Develop a targeted approach to increase donations
- Generate leads and close the sale
- Use phone, email and sales calls to increase donor base
- Manage new and past donors
- Implement and maintain a system to measure the success of acquisitions and donations
- Assist with marketing campaigns, social media, and donor events
- Track goals and standards for the company
- Track and manage donor relationships and report key success factors
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Manage all new and existing leads/campaigns maintaining proper follow up and follow through utilizing Sales Force CRM platform for accurate tracking
Requirements:
- Five (5) years successful experience as a sales representative consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense
- Proficient in Salesforce or another CRM system
- Bachelor's degree
The successful candidate is self-directed, collaborative and can work productively and cooperatively with a wide variety of individuals. This person is comfortable interacting with the public individually and in groups and is able to understand and communicate well ACROSS A DIVERSE SPECTRUM OF STAKEHOLDERS.
