We are a small commercial construction company and primarily get all of our business from one or two primary customers. We looking for a business development manager to increase this business and build relationships/develop new business with other GC’s and mechanical contractors to increase business and add revenue streams. Responsibilities would include:
-researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
-setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
-researching, planning and implementing new market initiatives.
-creating marketing material and reaching out to and developing relationships with new customers to increase business.
-drafting and reviewing contracts.
3-5 Years experience in small business development preferably in one or more of the trades but BD skills are adaptable. Must have excellent organizational and communication and negotiation skills.
This can be a base/draw position, salary only with bonus or ideally pay would be percentage of the GM on each employee working (For example: You have 15 ppl working making $3 hr GM on them=$45hr/90k. That could be doubled or tripled if you're hungry).
