Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sr Business Development Manager to join our growing high purity water systems company. The ideal candidate will embody our company teamwork, reliability, integrity, proactive and care.
The primary role of the Sales Sr Business Development Manager is to sell new and existing client projects and new service agreements within their assigned market verticals and territory. This position will be counted on to act independently and take ownership of company results, including individual sales quota. Your performance will play a crucial role in our success. While the exact responsibilities may vary, the main duties of the Sr Business Development Manager can be summarized as follows:
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Experience/Education:
5 years of Sales experience, B2B preferred. Bachelors degree is a plus. Sales experience in commercial water purification, plumbing, electrical or building systems a plus. Construction experience including estimating knowledge a plus. Experience selling to health care vertical including hospitals a plus.
Other Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to work in a Fast Paced Environment, Technical sales orientation, Highly Analytical, Self starter, Customer Oriented, Selling skills, Sales Planning and Analysis, Building/Nuturing Relationships, Managing Processes, Highly Organized, Professionalism, CRM knowledge, and Microsoft Office including proficiency in Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.
