The Manager of Business Development will manage a team of Senior Sales Executives. Assistingthe team with designing our growth plan within our existing client base and new business. Workingclosing with the Leadership team at Pierce Group Benefits. The Manager of Business Developmentalso solicits and sells insurance products and services to existing and new business; maintains anexisting book of business; expands book of business; enhances the public image of the Agencyby proactively performing the following duties:

What You'll Do:Motivating your team Monitoring & measure your results This is a results driven position Maintain effective communication with team members Hire, train and develop a sales team Ride with and train new sales representatives in the market Prospect: working with existing PGB teams & existing clients to identify cross sell opportunities Work with your team to create new sales opportunities Participate in activities that maintain and expand current book of business Stay current on license and education requirements Other duties as assigned Travel is expected to be 50% in this role

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies andapplicable laws.
