Seacrest Services, Inc., a leading Property Management company based in West Palm Beach, Florida, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide crucial support to our main office and Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) in Juno Beach, contributing to our mission of delivering quality maintenance and management services to Community Associations.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to the manager, including filing, answering phones, creating files, and assisting residents.
• Interact directly with the Property Manager (PM) and Board of Directors (BOD), processing and logging all calls and correspondence.
• Generate all correspondence, including mailings and violation letters.
• Communicate daily with the Property Manager to keep them informed of all issues and to receive direction for the resolution of such issues.

Qualifications

• Energetic with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Excel, Word, and MS Outlook.
• Experience working with HOA or Condo Associations is strongly preferred.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
