Position : Administrative Assistant

Location : Palm Beach, FL 33480

Salary : Up to $25 per hour

Responsibilities (May include, but not limited to) :

• Provide administrative support to the condominium management team
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from residents, vendors, and guests
• Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
• Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on work orders
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and financial record-keeping
• Perform other general administrative duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of property management software is a plus
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
