We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Community Fitness Instructor to enrich our community with engaging fitness classes. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact the health and well-being our community members, working in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach two fitness classes per day, including water aerobics, Latin Dance, and other fitness varieties.
• Provide clear instructions and demonstrations for class activities.
• Offer modifications during classes to accommodate varying fitness levels.
• Maintain organization of fitness equipment and prepare for the next day's classes.
• Plan engaging and effective fitness routines.
• Observe participants and provide feedback for skill improvement.
• Evaluate individuals' abilities, needs, and physical conditions, and develop suitable training programs to meet any special requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching a variety of fitness classes is required.
• Knowledge of or experience with Silver Sneakers program is a plus.
• Previous work with a Community or Homeowners Association (HOA) is beneficial.
• Comprehensive knowledge in all aspects of fitness is preferred.
