Due to Satterfield & Pontikes’ continued growth and expansion, we are looking to add an Administrative Assistant to our Austin team (office located North West of downtown). In this position you will be the Administrative Assistant in the office over multiple projects.

Monday-Friday 40 hour work week.

Requirements:

• 2 years as an Administrative Assistant
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Regular worksite attendance
• Other duties as needed and assigned

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience working with a General Contractor
• Bilingual English/Spanish
