Job Description:
Performs qualitative and quantitative analyses, including, but not limited to, project planning and execution, life cycle acquisition planning and management, risk analysis and mitigation plan development. Analyzes project requirements and provides support in the areas of business/financial/acquisition management. Also requires experience in complex programs. Demonstrated experience with work breakdown structures, cost accounting principles/financial models, schedule development and analysis, technical performance measurement, portfolio management governance, budget formulation and investment analysis support for various Acquisition Management System decisions and activities is required.
Must have experience with analysis of an FAA Safety organization and its operations to determine where efficiencies in people, stakeholders, processes, technology, and cost can be achieved. The effort will focus on assessing, designing, and implementing a future state operating model. Must have experience supporting the development of, policy and technology analysis to develop assessment criteria, metrics for evaluation, and interview and reference check questions. Support development of assessment criteria to measure organizational efficiencies demonstrated by feedback from people (including key stakeholders), current processes/technology/structure, and recent achievements … all to ensure the organization is performing at its highest potential. Must develop and continuously status of activity networked project master schedule in MS Project or equal.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in related technical or management discipline and 5 years of experience in the
above duties. Master’s Degree may be waived with 8 years of experience in performing the above
duties and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or other related field.
US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
